Alicia Rockmore is the CEO and co-founder of Zinc Collective, a Democratic organization that develops and deploys exceptional talent to win with the critical technologies like data, security, and AI that help the most competitive races win.
A marketer and entrepreneur, Alicia has built her career spotting unmet needs and launching companies to fill them. She founded Buttoned Up, a company dedicated to helping busy women get sanely organized as well as Spark Actions, a progressive engagement platform. Earlier, as a senior CPG marketer at Unilever and General Mills managing brands like Wheaties and Ragu Pasta Sauce across the US and Europe, she was named an Ad Age Top 100 Marketer, with her work featured in The New York Times, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal.
Alicia is donor advisor to LinkedIn co-founder and Zinc Collective Chairman Allen Blue and she serves on the board of Defending Digital Campaigns.
She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Adam, and their daughter, Lucy.
